Dear Sir / Madam, We are pleased to hear that you loved the centralized location. Unfortunately we are compelled to keep the windows closed for security reasons. It is a standard practice with us to charge for the additional roll away bed. The room can be reserved for 2 adults and a child with the available fixed bedding. However, the extra roll away bed is placed on request for such reservations subject to the extra bed charge. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us!
